Contact us via email, phone or submit a service request in our portal. We will coordinate a time with you to conduct the diagnostic evaluation.
Diagnosis
Our technician will complete the evaluation on-site. A full report is sent to you which details all results & any recommendations with a pricing quote. Your apparatus will remain in service.*
*Unless the diagnostic evaluation warrants the apparatus to be placed in OOS.
Repair
Once the quote is approved, the parts are ordered. An appointment will be scheduled to complete the repair once they are received. After repair completion, you will receive a same-day invoice via our portal.
Reporting
Review service status, history and accounting on our portal 24/7, along with the ability to generate fleet reports that can be used within your department.
