In June 2023 we opened our first repair facility in Smithfield, RI. The challenge with any repair facility in our industry is planning, parts availability, consistent communication amongst the service team and customers, and keeping qualified (and quality) technicians.

Our goal is to execute our mobile service model in a standing facility, to perform quality work in a safe and timely manner, and to have the best resources available to our team so we can serve our customers well. As we continue this journey, we look forward to our customers feedback so we will continue to learn and grow.
