November 2018

Founded in November 2018, On Scene, LLC began its journey focused on providing mobile service and repair on Fire and EMS apparatus across RI, MA and CT.

June 2021

In June 2021, we became the authorized dealer for HME Ahrens-Fox to support our customers in RI and CT. After starting as a service-only business, we wanted to expand into new apparatus sales to better support our customers.

June 2022

In June 2022, we became the authorized dealer for Spencer Manufacturing in MA, RI and CT. Spencer is family-owned and operated in a way that mirrors our values of quality and building long-term relationships.

June 2023

In June 2023, we expanded our service organization to include a new repair facility in Smithfield, RI. This facility enables our technicians to perform more extensive repairs previously not offered under our mobile service due to space and equipment limitations.

February 2025

In February 2025, we partnered with North Eastern Rescue Vehicles to be their authorized service and warranty repair center for their Medix Specialty Vehicles' customers in CT, MA and RI.

May 2025

In May 2025, our partnership grew with North Eastern Rescue Vehicles to be their authorized sales organization for Medix Specialty Vehicles for municipal customers in RI.
