Our Team

Audra has worked in the Fire/EMS industry for 20+ years. She is drawn to help those who are on the front lines serving their communities. On Scene, LLC has become her dream come true - ensuring Fire & EMS apparatus are properly maintained and remain safe and ready to perform. Audra is able to continue in what she believes and loves - helping others. She has assembled a team of like-minded people and is excited for the continued growth of this new venture. In her spare time, she enjoys working with her many bird dogs, gardening and traveling.

Amy is the backbone of our process and our team.  Her attention to detail, problem solving attitude, and customer focus enable her to effectively manage our model and the logistics associated with it.  Amy's "can do" personality and high energy inspires us all.  It is no surprise that Amy also enjoys running, traveling, cooking or anything else that involves motion!

Brad is our key preventive maintenance technician and lead NFPA 1911 inspector.  Brad is known as one of hardest working members of our team, who also has an intelligence and growth mindset to learn our business with confidence and extreme gratitude.  Brad truly enjoys fixing things and getting it done right the first time. In his free time, he enjoys working on his project cars and trucks, riding motorcycles, and spending time in the great outdoors.

Paul is a retired Fire Chief from Needham, MA.  He brings a unique perspective to our team as a lifelong public servant in the Fire Service.  Paul provides valuable insight on fleet maintenance budgeting and planning to high level decision makers throughout the process.  He is the balance of reason and humor when we need it most.  Paul enjoys carpentry and building things, camping and spending time on any coast.

Dennis is the newest member of our team.  He brings a background in heavy equipment, towing, fleet maintenance and fabrication.  Having been a Foreman for a local highway department for the past thirteen years, Dennis understands and embraces the importance of serving the community in a customer-facing role.  He brings strong character and work ethic to our team which our customers have grown to expect.  Dennis enjoys training competitive field trial dogs, fishing and spending time with his family in his spare time.
