President and Founder

Audra is the founder and owner of On Scene, LLC. Audra has been in the Fire and EMS apparatus industry for over 25 years; building long term relationships, designing, and selling fire apparatus, and creating service solutions to support the needs of fire departments and their life-saving equipment. She is drawn to help those who are on the front lines serving their communities. On Scene, LLC has been her vision from the start - ensuring Fire and EMS apparatus are properly maintained and remain safe and ready to perform.

Service Technician and New Apparatus Upfitting

Mark joined us in December 2023 after spending 10 years in North Attleboro, MA DPW.  Prior to that, Mark worked on fire apparatus in the role of fabricator, mechanic, and New Truck Shop Foreman for a large apparatus dealer.  Mark possesses an attitude of "can do" in every situation, communicates well in the process, and is a great team player.  Mark has attended the Hale Pump training class and is certified to F3 EVT and OSHA 10.

Service Technician and Heavy Truck Expert

Jake joined us in April 2024 as a full-time service technician. Prior to joining us, he served as Foreman for fire apparatus repairs for the Worcester Fire Department. Jake's eagerness to help, positive disposition and relentless work ethic make him a great addition to the team.  Jake is certified to F1, F3, F4 and F5 EVT and OSHA 10.

Growth Officer

Evan joined us in May 2024 as the Growth Officer.  A mechanical engineer by degree, he brings years of experience in the medical device industry (delivering products that help save lives) as well as management consulting.  As Chief Growth Officer, he will oversee all aspects of our processes and drive key strategic priorities.  His curiosity, passion for learning, and unwavering integrity align perfectly with our company values.

Inside Consultant

Paul is a retired Fire Chief from Needham, MA who understands the importance of response-readiness and the role of Fire Administration to ensure the safety of personnel and community. He also provides valuable insight on municipal budgeting, fleet maintenance and planning to high level decision makers throughout the process. Paul’s leadership and mentorship has guided On Scene through the many

challenges and opportunities facing our industry.
