Service Technician, Hybrid Mobile & Shop

At On Scene, LLC, we put first responders first. Since our founding in 2018, we have been dedicated to transforming the Fire and EMS industry by shifting the standard care for apparatus from a break/fix or reactive mindset to a proactive, predictive service model. As part of our team, you will be delivering the reliable services, diagnostic expertise and resourceful communication necessary to address the needs of departments across Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Operational readiness can be a matter of life and death, yet "out-of-service" time remains a critical challenge for emergency fleets. On Scene’s approach of bringing the shop to the customer offers convenience and minimizes apparatus OOS time for the responders who rely on the critical apparatus to protect their communities. Our preventive maintenance structure is rooted in DOT, NFPA 1910 and manufacturer requirements to ensure each customer's apparatus is properly maintained. Our service center in Smithfield, RI coupled with our apparatus manufacturer and equipment partnerships enable us to redefine apparatus care with solutions backed by technical excellence.

Join us and be part of our mission to support those who protect our communities.
